Senior Accountant |
Growing software company. Solid bookkeeping skills
required. Responsible for A/P, A/R, Payroll, and monthly GL close. Interface
with outside auditors. Assist controller with special projects as required. |

Cost Accountant |
Degree with 2 years experience. General accounting
background, preferably with production accounting experience in a
manufacturing environment. Supervise all aspects of product and material
inventory counts and reports, product database maintenance, production labor
tracking and reporting. PC spreadsheet and databas e skills are essential.
Excel, Access and/or Paradox proficiency preferred. Possible temp to perm. |

Financial Analyst |
Assist Director of Finance with updates of
monthly/quarterly forecast, preparation of the annual financial plan, the
design and implementation of new financial reporting formats, lease/buy
analyses, profitability analyses, track labor utilization, monitor corporate
accounting group, supervise preparation of client invo ices, etc. |

Senior Financial Analyst |
BS Degree, MBA preferred, for financial forecasting and
planning position. Strong EXCEL skills required. Position interfaces with
sales/marketing division. Budget or sales analysis project work. Three month
committment. |

G/L Accountant |
Private transportation company with offices in Marin and
San Francisco. Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts; perform monthly
closings. PC spreadsheet skills required. |

Controller |
T-P. Manage 8 person accounting department, develop
internal management reporting package, internal controls and accounting
policies and procedures. Cash flow and cash management, reporting and
transactions. 5-6 years Accounting Manager/Controller experience. C.P.A.

Big company experience, mix of public and private preferred. |

Accountant |
1-2 years experience with BA in Accounting. Good
understanding of debits and credits, high degree of accuracy, organization
and professionalism. Excel a must, including linking of files. |

Controller |
Small, privately held investment company in San Francisco.
Part-time, 20-30 hours per week. All general accounting responsibilities plus
investor accounting, bank relationships, and tax preparation. |
